Start by completing the Reservation Request located on each package page of our website, where you’ll select your preferred package based on pumpkin quantity, color palette, and any optional add-ons.

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your request and asking you to reply with a wide photo of your porch or display area, along with an inspiration image if you have one, to help us design your custom display. We’ll then work with you by email, phone, or by visiting your property to discuss your display design. Once the design is established, we’ll shop for and select your pumpkins, then send you a photo of the pumpkin selection for your approval.

Once the design and pumpkin selection are agreed upon, we’ll prepare your Member Engagement Agreement for review. After the agreement is accepted, your contribution will confirm your reservation.

Yes. Because pumpkins are a natural product, their shapes, sizes, and colors vary from season to season based on growing conditions and availability. We carefully select each pumpkin to create a beautiful, balanced display while staying true to your requested color palette. During the design process, you will receive a photo of the actual pumpkin selection that will be used for your display. 

No. You don't have to be home on installation day. As long as we have access to the installation area, we'll take care of everything. If your property has a gate or requires special access, simply provide any gate codes or instructions.

Most pumpkin displays last 1–2 months. Because pumpkins are natural, perishable products, their lifespan depends on the weather. Extreme heat and long periods of heavy rain fall may cause pumpkins to soften and deteriorate sooner, while cooler weather can help them last longer. As the season progresses, it's perfectly normal for a few pumpkins to naturally soften or begin to deteriorate before the rest.

Our wildlife-safe animal repellent spray helps discourage them from approaching or nibbling on your display, making it more likely that your pumpkins will be left undisturbed. We apply the repellent spray at installation. The repellent has a garlic scent when first applied, which is expected to dissipate within a few hours.

Mum plants require regular watering to keep the soil consistently moist, but should not be overwatered or allowed to sit in standing water. Water mums underneath the flowers, directly at the soil level, rather than pouring water over the top of the plant or blooms. During warm or dry weather, more frequent watering may be necessary. Heavy rainfall can damage delicate blooms, causing them to droop, brown, or lose petals. When possible, mums should be placed in a covered or partially protected area during periods of heavy rain. 

Yes! We offer an optional end-of-season removal service. We'll remove your pumpkins and other seasonal décor that we installed and leave your porch swept and tidy. You can request a removal date when sending the Reservation Request.

Please do not eat the pumpkins from your display. Our pumpkins go through a deep-cleaning process that includes treatment with a diluted bleach solution to help reduce unwanted bacteria and mold growth. We also apply two separate protective treatments: one to help protect against moisture and another to help deter insects and wildlife. For these reasons, our display pumpkins are intended for decorative use only and should not be consumed.

Because pumpkins and plants are natural, perishable products, all contributions are final.

It is normal for one or two pumpkins to soften or deteriorate sooner than the majority, just as some pieces of fruit in a bowl on your kitchen counter naturally ripen or spoil before the others. If you experience unusual deterioration within the first 7 days after installation, please contact us. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, replace the affected pumpkins or make reasonable corrections.

Replacements or corrections are not provided for damage or deterioration caused by:

• Normal aging of pumpkins
• Wildlife or pets
• Theft or vandalism
• Weather-related deterioration
• Conditions outside of our control
