Pumpkin Questions, Answered
Because pumpkins are a natural product, every season's harvest is unique. Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly from year to year. If you'd like to preview your selected color palette before installation, you can request a photo once this season's pumpkins arrive by selecting the option on the Order Request Form located on each package page.
You do not need to be home for installation. However, if your porch is behind a gate or requires access, please provide gate codes or arrange for someone to be available.
To help protect your display, all pumpkins are treated with a pet-safe, wildlife-safe repellent. While this helps discourage animals, an occasional persistent squirrel may still nibble on a smaller pumpkin as the season progresses.
Under typical conditions, your display will last approximately 1–2 months, although extended periods of heavy rain combined with high temperatures may cause the pumpkins to soften sooner.
At the end of the season, you may choose our optional pumpkin removal service or dispose of the pumpkins yourself. If you schedule a removal with us, we'll remove the display and do our best to leave your porch swept and cleaned. In some cases, you may notice a few temporary dark spots where the pumpkins rested. This is normal and will naturally fade over time. You can select your preferred removal date on the Order Request Form located on each package page.
Pumpkins are a natural, perishable product, so all sales are final. Like a bowl of fresh fruit on your kitchen counter, it's normal for one or two pumpkins to soften or spoil before the rest. If this happens, simply remove and discard the affected pumpkin.
If there is an issue with your installation or an unusual number of pumpkins deteriorate prematurely, please contact us within 7 days of your installation date. We'll assess the situation and, if appropriate, replace the affected pumpkins or make the necessary adjustments to ensure you're happy with your display.
Please note that natural variations in pumpkin size, shape, color, and minor imperfections are normal and are part of the beauty of working with real pumpkins. Damage caused by weather, wildlife, or curious little hands is not eligible for replacement.
